FoodMinds Global ExpertBench to Unveil Food Values Project Internationally

CHICAGO (Oct. 17, 2017) – FoodMinds, a food and nutrition consulting and communications firm that is boldly transforming the way the world thinks about food, nutrition, and health, will be presenting the framework of its Food Values Project™ that may shape consumer and policy decisions around the world.

The FoodMinds Food Values Project™ is a strategic effort to engage food and nutrition experts worldwide to create a diagnostic and forecasting tool to help the global food and beverage community assess and anticipate emerging food values that may shape consumer and policy decisions around the world.

The session, entitled Food Values Project: How emerging global food values are shaping the policy, regulatory and consumer landscape, will be moderated by Susan Pitman, M.A., R.D., FoodMinds founder and executive vice president and members of FoodMinds’ Global ExpertBench™. Alongside Pitman, Global ExpertBench™ members presenting will be Sylvia Rowe, M.A., Heloisa Guarita, M.S., Véronique Braesco, Ph.D.; who will discuss the food values of their respective regions of the world, including North America, Latin America, and Europe.

The Food Values Project™ is a dynamic and ongoing project and FoodMinds invites input and dialogue from across the public and private sectors of society to contribute to understanding emerging values. “The International Congress of Nutrition, which happens only every four years, brings together some of the world’s foremost authorities on food, science, and nutrition,” Pitman said. “This is an ideal place for FoodMinds and our Global ExpertBench™ to present our Food Values Project™ and be a part of the global conversation about the impact of evolving consumer food values on redefining the food and nutrition policy landscape, and the marketplace globally.”
